Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class to help moms have a surefire combination for success.

Please note: this program is not appropriate for pregnant women. Postpartum moms should be at least 4 months after delivery. Body Back classes are held at a higher intensity and pace than Stroller Strides. Each 8-week session is limited to 12 moms so you receive individualized attention and coaching. Make sure to reserve your spot early. Program payments are non-refundable, since your payment holds your spot in the course.
