I joined Stroller Strides when my daughter was six weeks old and she is now two. Having done everything from boot camps to marathon running prior to having my daughter, I was eager to find a group of like minded moms. I found just that with Fit4Mom. Everyone I have met has been sweet, kind, and supportive on many levels. I enjoy the variety of teachers, teaching styles and workouts. Everyday is different and challenging, allowing each participant to work at the intensity level they need that day whether they be 6 weeks postpartum working on just hours of sleep all the way up to the almost ready to deliver mom. In addition to the great workout I love the fact that my daughter gets to see positive role models and that she gets to play with the other kids after class.
