Angie Mills, full time mom and part time nurse, is dedicated to exemplifying health and fitness to both her family and community. A member of Stroller Strides since 2012, Angie has now become a certified instructor in Stroller Strides, Fit4Baby, Body Back, Stroller Barre, and a Fit4Mom Running Coach. Currently, Angie is the owner of Aliso Viejo/Laguna Niguel locations and is expanding to San Juan Capistrano. Angie knows the struggle of balancing work, family, and being healthy. As busy mom of two small boys (11 months and 3 years) she has learned the importance of making fitness a priority and setting a positive example for her children. Completing her first half marathon before her first son's first birthday, and her first full marathon before he turned 18 months, she knows the effort it takes to make changes within yourself. Angie hopes to offer access to not only fitness programs within Fit4Mom to help other moms get their body back and feel confident, but she hopes to give moms the support systems needed for the long journey ahead. She believes every mom deserves to know what it feels like to feel your best, and not have to leave your child behind while doing so. "My goal is that every mom that comes to us not only gets an amazing workout, but they find friendship for themselves and their children. Being a mom is HARD and sometimes you just need a village that understands what you're going through. No mom should ever feel like she's in this alone, or is the only one that feels a certain way. Our moms here just get it, and that's why I love them so much. It takes a village to raise a child, and I've found mine."

Dahlia is our resident Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She has been a member of Stroller Strides/ Fit4Mom for over a year and a half, starting when her daughter, Leila was 4 months old. She is a Pediatric Dietitian with an emphasis on childhood obesity and disease prevention and is passionate about helping those of all ages lead healthier lives and thrive! She has previously dealt with being obese, with pre-diabetes, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and Hashimoto's hypothyroid autoimmune disease and strongly believes in using food as medicine to cure herself and promote the benefits to others. Dahlia absolutely loves sharing her passion and health tips with the amazing moms in the Stroller Strides as well as Body Back tribes!

My name is Jessica, I've been a member of FIT4MOM Since 2014 and an instructor since 2016! My daughter Liana is 3 years old, and is the light of my life. I've always had a passion for fitness and eating well. I love Pilates, hot yoga and recently decided to train for my first fitness competition! When I'm not in fitness mode, I enjoy racing radical cars and go karting.. I may love to go fast:) Becoming an instructor I knew that I wanted to create fun, challenging classes. I always want the mamas and kiddos to truly enjoy the class, as well as the great workout. All of our moms truly inspire me, and have been such a blessing in my life. If you haven't found your village yet, this one is pretty stinken AWESOME! We can't wait to meet you mama!more

Kanchan has been a member of Stroller Strides/Fit4Mom for almost two years and is our Play Group/Event Coordinator. She is a full time mom to her toddler Remy, and baby Bodhi. Coming from a dance and yoga background, she enjoys the challenge that Stroller Strides workouts bring. Kanchan used to be an elementary school teacher and is excited to share that creative side of her with the group in this role. Kanchan feels blessed to have found a village of like minded moms and is excited to be a part of making our community even stronger!

Karla has been a member of Stroller Strides since 2014 and is a certified Stroller Strides/Fit4Baby/Stroller Barre Instructor. She is a full time mom to Beckett and Logan, and part time therapist. Karla has a background in dance and yoga (200 hr teacher training), but it wasn’t until finding Stroller Strides that she realized the physical and mental strength it takes to be a mom. Through Stroller Strides, Karla trained and completed her fast half marathon, something she never imagined in a million years was a feasible goal. She might even consider herself a “runner” now. Outside of Stroller Strides Karla enjoys yoga, dance, chasing her son and dog, and SUP with her husband. Karla hopes to help every mom feel strong, confident, and empowered!

Kelly has been a member of Fit4Mom since 2013 and is a certified instructor for Stroller Strides & Fit4Baby. She has been married to her husband Steve since 2011 and they have two very active children Maverick & Savannah.
Stroller Strides has become the answer to her “Perfect Moms Group”, incorporating fitness, social occasions, and playgroups for her children. Just as important, she has found a group of strong and supportive women that she can call friends. Fitness & Athletics have always had a very large presence in her life from growing up playing volleyball, soccer, pole vault, swim, crew (rowing) to running a marathon in Greece and multiple ½ marathons before and after pregnancy. Besides spending time with her family, she enjoys running and playing sand volleyball in her free time.
Kelly believes that everyone is deserving of a strong mind & body and absolutely loves helping women attain their goals through the Fit4mom family!

Lauren is an Orange County native and lives in Aliso Viejo with her husband and two children, Declan (3) and Regan (2). She became a member of Stroller Strides in 2015 when she was pregnant with her daughter Regan. She loved the workouts and the welcoming and friendly nature of all the moms. The environment and camaraderie inspired her to want to help other moms meet their own fitness goals and, as a result, she became an instructor in 2016. “I have made so many close friends at Stroller Strides that it gets me excited to come instruct and socialize on a regular basis. In addition to the friendships that I've created, our Stroller Strides community has become such a meaningful part of my children's lives and they can't wait to see all of their friends at each class.” Outside of Stroller Strides she enjoys going to the beach, running, drinking coffee andspending time with family and friends.

Leslie is a busy mom who enjoys being on the go and is always looking for the next adventure. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Ryan and they have three children - Luke (6), Collin (5), and Emily (1). She started Stroller Strides in 2010 when Luke was just 8 weeks old and has been hooked ever since. "These women are my tribe and I feel so lucky to have found a place where I can find fitness, friendship, acceptance, support, and laughter!" Besides being with her family, Leslie enjoys running, yoga, swimming, Pilates, and bike riding. She has a background in dance and loves coming up with fun new ways to increase strength and endurance. She is excited to offer other moms a place to feel welcome and included and help them reach their fitness goals. "Motherhood is a journey we shouldn't have to travel alone... it really takes a village! Come join ours!"

Rachel has been a member of Stroller Strides/Fit4Mom since 2013 and instructor since 2015. She is an active mom to two boys, Parker and Hunter. She believes that working out can be fun and likes to put together creative yet challenging workouts. She has completed multiple half marathons and has a passion for Pilates and dance. Rachel is beyond thankful to have found a village of other moms to call home and can’t wait to help you reach your fitness goals!
